Introductory Class Before any new client joins the Studio, whether as a beginner or with experience in Pilates, we consider it very important that we have a thorough understanding and assessment of your medical history, current injuries/aches & pains, posture and movement patterns. We also want to ensure that you have a good basic understanding of the Pilates principles of breathing, centering, concentration, control,  precision and flow. This session allows us to find out your strengths and weaknesses and ascertain where imbalances might be occurring. During this session we will form a clear idea of your requirements and how Pilates could benefit you. This Introductory Class is for 2 - 4 clients  and is 1 ½ hours long @ £25.  Please call to arrange an appointment.​


Group Matwork Classes offer an all-round strengthening and stretching routine which targets core postural muscles and builds strength and flexibility. They are suitable for those of any age or ability who are in good physical health and who like the discipline of a regular weekly class. A maximum of 12 clients for 1 ¼ hours @ £12 (booked as a course of 6 - 8 weeks). If you miss a class you are welcome to do a 'make-up' class during the term. 


Equipment Studio Classes offer a personally tailored exercise programme incorporating specifically designed large Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Split-Pedal Chair and Ladder Barrel. The large Pilates equipment is wonderfully adaptable in that it can be used to challenge the fittest of clients, or to rehabilitate those working after illness or surgery. During these classes your teacher will work closely with you in a small group environment to achieve your personal physical goals. Recommended for those who favour a more individual approach and who prefer working with the large equipment. A maximum of 4 clients  for 1 ½ hours @ £25 (£22.50 each for 10 pre-paid classes).


One-to-One sessions are 1 hour @ £50. These individual sessions can be arranged at a mutually convenient time.


Yoga is an ancient discipline that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing, to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Classes are £11 for 1 ¼ hours (booked as a course of 5 weeks).
