A personally tailored approach to exercise
What should I wear for Pilates?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing such as leggings, tracksuit or running gear - and a pair of socks to exercise in.
Do I bring my own equipment?
We provide all equipment such as mats, head blocks, balls, bands, toning circles and rollers. If you prefer to bring your own equipment you are welcome to do so.
Will everyone be better than me?
Pilates is a non-competitive form of exercise. Your teacher will ensure that you are working within your own ability range, regardless of what the client on the mat next to you is doing!
Are there any changing facilities?
The studio has space for changing and two lavatories.
Can I park at the Studio?
There is limited parking at the studio for 2 clients on a first-come first-served basis. There are facilities for locking up bicycles. There are two local car-parks which are a couple of minutes' walk away. The Cattlemarket car-park off Wood Street (80p for 2 hours) and the Goldsmith's Lane car-park (free for 2 hours).
How can I pay for my classes?
We accept cards, cheques, cash or online bank transfers.
