What should I wear for Pilates?

Comfortable, stretchy clothing such as leggings, tracksuit or running gear - and a pair of socks to exercise in.


Will everyone be better than me?

Pilates is a non-competitive form of exercise. Your teacher will ensure that you are working within your own ability range, regardless of what the client on the mat next to you is doing!


Are there any changing facilities?

​The studio has two lavatories and space for changing.


Can I park at the Studio? 

There is limited parking at the studio; 2 cars can park during the day, however after 6pm this increases to 7 cars. There are two local car-parks which are a couple of minutes' walk away. The Cattlemarket car-park off Wood Street (80p for 2 hours) and the Goldsmith's Lane car-park (free for 2 hours).


How can I pay for my classes?

We accept cheques, cash or online bank transfers.
