BARRE PILATES is a fun and motivating workout at the ballet barre inspired by elements of Pilates, ballet and tailored strength-training. Barre classes offer the perfect blend of stretching and toning while improving cardio fitness, strength, balance, flexibility and posture. Combing her Pilates expertise with a professional dance background, Kate Green will be inspiring clients at Pilates on the Green with weekly classes  on Mondays at 2pm and Tuesdays at 4pm.
