'Pilates on the Green is excellent. I have been attending mat classes for about 4 years now and every week is different making it interesting and varied. Hilary is brilliant at treating each person in the class as an indivdual and always finds alternative ways of doing things, if necessary, so that everyone can be included.
I can thoroughly recommend anyone of any age giving Pilates a try. Sometimes I don't feel like going to class (there are always other things to do!) but I am always glad that I do make the effort to go, as I invariably come away feeling nicely stretched out and re-energised and I'm certain my body is benefiting from going to the regular classes.'

Her constant feedback and encouragement are so valuable, just a little tweak here and there making all the difference. Every new course results in fresh ideas and information that she shares with unending enthusiasm. The fact that I am still coming after many years is a sure testament to the fact that I couldn't wish for a better teacher!'
Pilates on the Green has been a godsend for recovering from Chemotherapy. Hilary started working with me in one-to-one sessions, when I was very weak. She increased my core strength, until I was able to join equipment classes and mat classes. I am now stronger, more flexible and freer from back and shoulder pain. Hilary creates a friendly, cheerful atmosphere, whilst making us work hard on our own bespoke exercises. I can't recommend Pilates on the green enough. GO.
I am impressed by Wendy's professionalism and knowledge and feel so much stronger after a few weeks of Pilates with her - and she makes it fun!
Hilary is a brilliant Pilates teacher, who manages to give plenty of personal attention whilst running an enjoyable class, we even have fun! My back is now stronger and less painful and I can get on with my life. I knew I benefited from Hilary’s classes but I didn’t realise just how much good they were doing me until I missed a term. Never again.
