Monday 3rd March - Friday 25th April (closed Monday 18th and Friday 21st April).
Matwork classes are taught simultaneously both live at the studio and on ZOOM.
1-2-1s and 2-2-1s can be arranged by appointment at a mutually convenient time during the daytime or evening.
