When you join our Ballet Barre Classes you’ll benefit from:

  • A class which caters for all ages and fitness levels

  • A full-body workout that targets the entire body

  • A fun, flowing, dynamic class to music

  • A boost in cardio fitness and cardiovascular health

  • Improved strength, balance, flexibility and posture

  • Toned muscles, especially the abdominals, thighs, hips and legs

  • No dance experience required

Combining her Pilates expertise with professional dance training, Ballet Barre Classes are taught by our dedicated teacher Kate.
