​What are Livestream Classes? Livestream is the live webcasting of all of Pilates on the Green Matwork classes.​ Once you've downloaded Zoom on to your smart phone, tablet or computer and have access to the internet you can join in live with any of our Matwork or Small Group classes. 

How does Livestream work? Pilates on the Green uses an application called Zoom to access live online classes. Using Zoom is very easy. Simply download the app from the Apple App Store, from Google Play, or for your computer from this link: https://zoom.us/download. We will send you a link for your class and you connect 5 minutes before the start of the class to check your camera and connection. You are now ready to enjoy live Pilates in your own home!  

I only want to do virtual lessons. What do I need to do to join a Livestream Class?  If you wish to join us for just Livestream classes, please contact us for full details.  We will ask you to join an Introductory session (either in person or online) before beginning classes where we will assess your posture, medical history and  movement patterns while explaining how Pilates works and how it could benefit you. We will also describe the recommended equipment you will need to enhance your class. 

Payment

Classes are run in 7 week terms and are payable prior to the start of each term @ £84.
